By engaging our services, clients agree to the payment terms, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property ownership, termination provisions, liability and indemnification clauses, and governing law and dispute resolution procedures outlined in our terms and conditions agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time and clients will be notified of any material changes.

Terms & Conditions for Advantico Solutions - Software Consultancy Services Agreement

In general, what should you cover in your Terms & Conditions?

Service Description: Advantico Solutions provides software consultancy services to clients. These services may include software development, project management, data analytics, and other related services.
Payment Terms: Payment for services provided by Advantico Solutions will be due as agreed between Advantico Solutions and the client. Payment may be made by check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card.
Confidentiality: Advantico Solutions and its clients agree to keep confidential all proprietary and confidential information disclosed or obtained during the course of providing the services. This includes any information related to the business practices, software development, and other proprietary information.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to any software or other deliverables created by Advantico Solutions during the course of providing the services shall be owned by the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement upon notice to the other party. Termination will not affect the client's obligation to pay for services rendered prior to termination.
Liability and Indemnification: Advantico Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Advantico Solutions harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the services provided by Advantico Solutions.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advantico Solutions is located. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
